That recipe looks good, and will have to try it sometime.

Trader Joe's has "bacon ends" small pieces of uncooked bacon that you can use in lieu of pork belly when making Korean or Chinese dishes.

It's really handy for making kimchee stir-fried rice with leftover rice from last night's takeout.

I love love love bacon fried rice. They make a yummy version at a local cafe, and sometimes I make it myself. Yum.

I've been craving beans with bacon over cornbread. I think that I'm getting a cast iron skillet tomorrow, so I can make cornbread over the fire. NOM!
