How much do you need to pass the class, and how much time would you want to use in filing a grade complaint if zie failed you for it?

Go for the anorexia, bury the teacher with statistics, and if you can connect it to homeopathy, so much the better.

If you decide to write about how homeopathy is bullshit, just make sure it is a scientifically and academically convincing piece and see what happens? i.e. a little bit of showing arguments from both sides and why you feel that the "it's bullshit" side is a clear winner. That's if that's the question, of course. If the question is put in terms of telling how useful certain homeopathic remedies are, then that's a whole different ballgame and you take the piss at your peril. Good luck with whatever you decide to write.

If you're gonna aim to piss off the teacher, you have to be able to cite references for everything. If you can do that, I say go for it! It makes the assignments so much more fun. :)
