Baby steps, day eight

Just finished yesterday's post. I was sick and didn't get to it last night.
(The baby steps are at this FlyLady link.) I'm adding "(and do 15 minutes of decluttering)" to every day's tasks, because until I get rid of the clutter, I'll never get on top of the cleaning.
Day One: Shine the sink
Day Two: Get dressed to lace-up shoes
Day Three: Read FlyLady BigTent emails
Day Four: Look at sticky note (in bathroom and kitchen)
Day Five: Write down negative things you're saying to yourself, then write down positive stuff to counter that
Day Six: Spend two minutes on a Hot Spot
Day Seven: Pick out clothes for tomorrow
Day Eight: Over the last week we have been establishing our basic routines. As you establish habits, it will become easy to add another habit for you to practice. Today, go find an old three-ring binder and just put some looseleaf paper in it. Then, at the top of one page, write Morning Routine, and on the top of another page, write Before-Bed Routine in pencil. This is a working document; do not allow your perfectionism to interfere with the process! Now you can write your simple routines on each page.
I am going to go ahead and do it this way (in a binder) even though the temptation is to just do it in a file on my computer. I guess her reasoning is that anyone could maintain my routines when I'm not here by looking in the book, but I know that's not really how things work around here. Still, I'll give it a shot.

I was sick today, so I broke some of this up into 5-minute segments, instead of 15 all at once. All I have left to do is to clear the Hot Spots for two minutes and put out my clothes for tomorrow.
Decluttering the game shelves wasn't hard: they're already pretty organized, and I got rid of three of them, so it only took five minutes or so. Before:

So I started on the next case over, and decluttered a bunch of books and comics. I didn't finish, but made good headway. Before:
