I'm trying to six-degrees my whole friends list by who's met in person, but of course I don't really how many of you have met each other. For example, I think I can make a chain between myself and adjectivemarcus, but only if mhw has met both adjectivemarcus and someone I've met. Get it? Anyway, here's a list of my friends. Well, that partially answers the question I was about to ask, since any folk on your list that I'd have met in person would also probably be folk that you've met in person, seeing how I'd anticipate that I'd pretty much only have had the opportunity to meet 'em myself either at APC7 (which I don't think you were at, were you?) or at Mary's party a week or so afterward. So that's a start. Hmmm. And another look at your full friends list does give a few names that aren't on this sub-list that I know I have also met in person.

Without going through everyone on your friends list and trying to figure out whether I know any of the folk whose lj-usernames I'm not familiar with, I'll just give you a list of the folk whose usernames I recognise that I've met, ok? If you think there are folk on your friends list who I would have met at APC7 or at Mary's party (or possibly altpolyites I might have met in Minneapolis, Seattle or the APC7 Rail Expotition) do feel free to mention them - I'd be interested in knowing if there are folk I know whose LJs I haven't found yet!
