Date: 2002-08-20 01:41 pm (UTC)i did manage to date someone with two cats even though i'm allergic to cats. we kept the cats out of the bedroom and had an air filter and i had certain clothes that i wore around them so that i wouldn't be surrounded by cat hair during the day, but i still wound up on the two steroid inhalers, probably for life.
this isn't meant to be a cautionary tale, merely fascinating information about mememe!

Date: 2002-08-20 01:44 pm (UTC)Anyway, it's definitely not ideal for me, but I have to say (and have said before) that cute-poet-chick is the most considerate smoker I've ever met. She never smokes around nonsmokers, and never smokes even in *view* of the kids. People say our clothes don't smell like "smokers' clothes", and I think that's due to her consideration.

for me, this depends on what "love" means here. love their performances? their talent? their appearance? their personas as shared through interviews?
frex, i love katharine hepburn movies. lovelovelove them. and i think she's mainly a cool person but i can't stand when she talks about her relationship with spencer tracy because she comes off as such a doormat. so she'd be on some lists and not others, depending on what definition of love we're using this week.

Date: 2002-08-20 01:50 pm (UTC)that's why i picked KH--i've yet to see a movie where i didn't like her (although i haven't always liked the movie and/or the way her part was written (see, frex, adam's rib). i'm having a lot of trouble coming up with a second name for that list, though. and if we have to like the movie, too, then the list just disappeared.
