Decaf lipton tea
powdered non-dairy creamer (lots)
sugar (medium lots)

Basically, it's nutrition-free food.

And I'm *groovin'* on it.

Yumma.

I always remember this bit from Slaughterhouse Five:
"There was a soft drink bottle on the windowsill. Its label boasted that it contained no nourishment whatsoever."

*grin* In my house, we call things like diet soda "ingredient-free food". Before diabetes was a concern for my partner, we called it (and things like fat-free mayo and baked tortilla chips) "what's the point foods".

Oh I like baked tortilla chips; unfortunately no one seems to be making them any more, or at least the grocery stores around here aren't selling them any more. I should see whether Trader Joes still has them, though I don't go out to that part of town very often.

When I'm being vegan (not lately) I like baked chips, because my tolerance for fat in foods goes *way* down. Ditto sugar, and I don't have a sweet-tooth to start with.
