Haven't slept well in days. I sleep, but I can't get comfortable (pinched nerve, shoulder blade), so I toss and turn and awaken a hundred times a night. I think it might be affecting someotherguy, too, because half the time when I awaken, he notices in his sleep and stirs, and I'm sure that doesn't help his own sleep patterns.

Wish I had a muscle relaxant or a sleeping pill. The shoulder is almost better, though, so maybe tonight will be better.

And I just heard from the contract job guy. He is going to pay me the top of my quoted range. Yay!

I think the two-hour nap I just took is the most/best sleep I've gotten in days. I feel a lot better, and I think I can work for a couple of hours before bed. What a relief. I was feeling genuinely impaired.
