serene: mmmm, MIMP! (mimp)
Okay, it's SO not health food, but I'm in heaven anyway.

So here's how my thought train went: I loved cream cheese and jelly as a kid. We had it in sandwiches on white bread, and sometimes I would just have it by itself. The other night, I bought sour cream to put in a mushroom gravy, and forgot to use it, so I have a carton of sour cream in the fridge. Now, I can eat sour cream with a spoon -- love it! -- but then cream-cheese-and-jelly came to mind, and there was no fruit yogurt in the fridge, so, um, I added apricot jam to a bowl of sour cream. My arteries are probably begging for mercy, but ohgod, is this good. Mmmmmmmm.

[livejournal.com profile] someotherguy, after reading my previous post: "Oh, my god!"

Me: "What? What?"

Him: YOU! Sour cream and--

Me: It was GOOD!

Both laugh really hard.

Me: Hey, who had a second hamburger the other night?

Him: I'm gonna go take a shower, put on some clothes, and then we're gonna go take a walk and try and save your life.

I'm laughing so hard I'm crying.

Burned out on Paint by Numbers (did all the 15x15 puzzles, will go back when I'm not burned out any more) and Kingdom of Loathing (anyone want my stuff?).

Didn't care for Puzzle Pirates, and it took up too much space.

Like Bonnie's Bookstore (on popcap), but not enough to pay for it when the trial's up.

Nothing else on popcap appeals.

Any ideas for a new diversion?
