Apr. 22nd, 2006 02:51 pmToday is apparently (I may be off by a day, I'm fuzzy on how behind I am in my LJ reading) "blog against heteronormativity day" or some such.
I really do want a t-shirt that says "What makes you assume I'm straight?", partly because I know that walking down the street with one of my husbands does make me look like a stereotypical hetgirl fawning all over her perfect man (they *are* perfect, but still).
Meantime, let me say, in my restating-the-obvious subtle fashion: I'm queer. I was queer when I was married to one woman, and I'm queer now, even though I'm married to two men. I do believe my wife will confirm this if you ask.
Now, on to catching up on my friendslist. It's been a busy few days for me. Wore myself out at Food Not Bombs yesterday, and now
stonebender and I are taking a "sit like a lump" day.
Bad movie fest yesterday included two installments of Commando Cody, a Bela Lugosi movie that included the Fist Of Death, and something called Haunted Hotel or something that was about the Massachusetts witches, in the worst way. Did y'all know that the witches in the 17th century all worshipped Satan and killed young girls to drink their blood? Didja?
