Went on the skeeriest one first. Long story. Having a blast!

So my tom kha gai isn't as good as the restaurants', but it's good, and we ate a fair bit of it. That was just one of the lovely things about my day, including:

1) Sleeping in with someotherguy

2) Getting cable TV installed in time for the new fall season, including a bunch of channels we're not paying for (because we signed up for limited basic, but if they put that filter on the pole at the street, it'll mess up the girls upstairs)

3) Riding THIS thing!

4) Having the basic plot of my NaNo novel come to me in the car on the way home

5) Fresh bread in the oven

Remember when I was happy all the time? I can feel that coming on again. Man, it feels good.

One of many things that makes me simultaneously say "Wow, what a great world we live in!" and "Wow, some people have too much time on their hands!"

(My classic example of this set of sentiments is the Hello Kitty vibrator.)
