(no subject)

It's not just bias -- lots of people like sogwife's jewelry, as do I (I like it a LOT, and feel lucky to have a few pieces in my collection). Now you can buy some of it, if you want, and I don't care if you think I'm an LJ whore for saying so. ;-)

(I have a Sunlight and Shadow, and wow, is it impressive. The photo is a good representation, but it looks even nicer in person.)

Some notes.

1) Home safe. Yay. Home at all, yay. Home home home. I'm home! If I was hermitty before I went, just watch me now.

2) Tomorrow begins a two-day heart-scan thingy for me. Maybe we'll figger out what's going on with my ticker.

3) Iron Man. Hm. Fun, but the more I think about it, the more I'm not sure I want my racism, xenophobia, sexism, and torture to be so fun. Y'know?

4) My three-year-old nephew's mom told him no about something, and he looked her right in the eye and said, "But I want to, so I have to, so I get to." Well, okay, then. (Um, NO.) This reminded me of rivka's kid saying "I'm going to cause something. Cause! Cause! Cause!" -- these two three-year-olds are gonna be trouble, I'm tellin' you.

5) I got to see ten of my thirteen niblings, my brother, my dad and his wife, and my darling mother this weekend. So glad to have done so.
