sereneInspired by The Julie/Julia Project in Julie Powell's blog, I'm going to spend the next year cooking all the recipes in a vegan cookbook. I own many of them, but not all. Any suggestions for the best vegan cookbook to use? (No lacto-ovo books need apply -- I already know how to make quiche and a killer cream sauce.)
