Unshared interests

Only three of my listed interests are unshared by others:

my niblings (duh)
soc.singles.moderated (I'm surprised at this one)
steve kowit (my poetry teacher, a wonderful man, and author of my favorite poetry handbook)

I have three lonesome interests, too:

creative spontaneity
evocative multimedia art
historic home renovation

Too many modifiers, I suspect, at least on the last one. But when I filed out the userinfo form I thought they were asking what we're, you know, interested in ...

Serene, since I like your poetry so much, I went and put this book on hold at the King County Library. I hope it comes in soon.

Oh, I think you will love it. Do yourself a favor and set aside time to do the exercises exactly as written. They really helped me. My first three published poems were exercises from that book.

and you link to powell's! *grin*. so cool. not that i am gonna get this book, considering how blind i am to poetry, i am just enthusiastic about powell's.

yeah, i wonder why not more ssm people have LJ's -- all the ones i can think of are also alt.polyites. maybe ssm has, as collective as they ever get :), taken a dislike to the format? i could understand that; i don't much like it myself.
