Didn't feel like writing today. Went to the coffeeshop anyway at the appointed time, and started writing. Got somewhere near 2,500 words done, and best of all, I know where the plot is going for the rest of the book, so now it's all about getting it down on paper. Yay, me.

(Loving my "talisman", a charm stonebender gave me for my birthday. It has a hand with a heart on it, and it says "create" underneath.)

Yay! for making the effort, even when you didn't feel like it (because I think the whole point of NaNo really is to create writing habits that serve you, more than just making a one-time word count).
