I *swear* to you I'll stay in town next time you're up, and I'll make the brunch (or whatever). And I won't have inconvenient things happening, like picking up spouses at airports and dragging them home and jumping them. Really. I mean it! :)

We have the rest of our lives to hang out together, hon, and if I end up liking this job, I'm going to be up there so much you'll get sick of me. You stay warm, too. I'm gonna be in Sonoma County, where it's even colder, I think, than where you are. Taking lots of extra blankets and socks, even though I don't normally wear them. Brrr!
