Ooh, US-centric meme; fun. ;-)
Not gonna bold anything; just gonna put notes by the ones I've visited.
1) Alabama
2) Alaska
3) Arizona - Visited my grandfather there a couple of times. His house had a pool in the living room.
4) Arkansas
5) California - lived here when I was a baby, and now I've been here since I was 11, about 25
6) Colorado
7) Connecticut - was born there; so was my baby brother, six years later. Lived a few other places in between.
8) Delaware
9) Florida
10) Georgia
11) Hawaii - Lived there when I was a tiny baby for a while, then spent a week or so there for my best friend's wedding celebration
12) Idaho
13) Illinois - Spent an hour or two at O'Hare once or twice.
14) Indiana
15) Iowa
16) Kansas
17) Kentucky - visited Lexington with cute-poet-chick for a family wedding. It was gorgeous, we were happy, I think of it a lot.
18) Louisiana

20) Maryland
21) Massachusetts - a little over a year ago, spent four days or so there for alt.polycon. It was lovely.
22) Michigan - Spent a little time in the Detroit airport
23) Minnesota - Ditto the Mpls/St.Paul airport

26) Montana
27) Nebraska
28) Nevada
29) New Hampshire
30) New Jersey - Spent a little time visiting family in Atlantic City when I was little. I remember Malibu Barbie and sunburn and glass-blowers and the Boardwalk and taffy.
31) New Mexico - Spent a week there when I was 13 or 14 with my dad's ex-fiancee and her family. I had an almost-cousin that I got along with. We played a lot of Racko and drove a moped through the woods. It was winter, and I adored it.
32) New York - Went a few times to NYC when I was little. I have family there. Lived upstate for a summer when I was 20.

36) Oklahoma
37) Oregon
38) Pennsylvania - lived there for a year when I was growing up (I was around 7). My aunt still lives in the same house we lived in. My sister was born there.

44) Utah - Spent a couple of hours in the airport in Salt Lake City.
