It looks to be very similar to Swappingtons.com, which I had some luck with, when I used it.

Swappingtons was so clunky when I tried to use it at the beginning that I kind of forgot about it. I hope this ends up to be fun; it might be neat to meet some swappers in my new neighborhood, wherever that ends up being.

I agree that Swappingtons was considerably clunky.. I basically forgot about it as well. Mediachest looks like fun, though! I may have to give it a try.
