sereneToday alternated good/rewarding with bad/sucky/bleah. But one thing is making me happy, and I thought I'd share. (Quoting my SparkPeople blog.)
Something I haven't mentioned much here, but which I'm excited about, is that I have the energy to do a lot of walking again. After my cancer treatments, I lost almost all my physical energy, and I feel like I've got it all back. Today, I walked nearly 4 miles. Saturday, around 3 miles. Yay!
(I can't stress enough how much easier it is to get my walking in since I have walking partners that I love to be with. Not sure I'd bother if it weren't for that.)
