I made those muffins you loved. Did yours turn out kind of greasy? Also, it didn't say how many muffins to make, so I made 6 huge ones -- I'm thinking 12 normal-sized ones next time. The carb/protein ratio isn't quite right for someotherguy, so I'm gonna keep trying, but they're still pretty good.

Ours weren't particularly greasy, and we did make smaller ones. I'm not sure why else they'd be different.

maybe my cheese was fattier or I beat the stuff too long. Ah, well, greasy muffinks are better than no muffinks at all!

Mary did use a combination of cheddar and hard gouda. This also led to the muffins being... rather salty. :)
