It's not that I'm actually addicted to Tetris. It's that I'm addicted to having my lover(s) in my bed.

Bachelorhood is fun in the daytime.

It's 1:30. I need to go to sleep. Guess it's a good thing I only have an hour left on the laptop battery.

Thank you, my love! *skiss* I got about 4 hours of sleep; not nearly enough, but not incredibly too little (got around 11 the night before last, so maybe it averages out?)

Love you!

It's actually not too healthy to mess up your sleep cycle like that...I read a pamphlet from the health center in college that said that it's a bad idea to pull all-nighters during the week and then crash all weekend, it adds to stress and is taxing on your biorhythms.

You should get approximately the same amount of sleep each night, and "sleep in" time should be less than two additional hours, in order to keep your healthiest. Unless you're sick, of course.

I read somewhere recently that being short on sleep increases the production of serotonin, which may explain why I have tended toward a 6hr-6hr-9hr sleep cycle my whole life...I have chronic depression and may be self-medicating. I feel better after my first night of not very much sleep than I do after several nights of sufficient sleep.

I love sleeping alone. But I also love not having a partner around in the evening so I can stay up as late as I want. Of course, it is much more fun to goof off like this when I usually do have a partner around, so I'm not complaining.

Hummmmm somehow I don't think it works that way :-)

P.S. How does one avoid becoming addicted to Tetris, at least temporarily?
