Dec. 12th, 2004 02:09 pmI'm sure that I did something wrong, because what I got was less bread dough than a thick batter, but it baked up beautifully (I didn't spray it -- I put a pan of water in the oven with it), looked weird, tasted WONDERFUL.

Date: 2004-12-12 11:29 pm (UTC)Many of them start with a sourdough starter (which I currently don't have around) and an overnight in the fridge rise.
The one I've made most often is a focaccia, which is the best simple bread recipie I've ever found. A few ingredients, some mixing and smushing onto a pizza stone, bake. Lovely.
