I don't know. If you want spreadable cream, then you want plain ol' clotted cream. Macarpone is SO MUCH BETTER than that.

I hate tiramisu (wet cake -- ew), but I bought mascarpone to make it for sogwife's birthday. Then I had a rough day and bought the tiramisu instead, so I have a tub of the stuff in the fridge. Oh, my. So good.
