The "meat" loaf is in the oven (with some tweaking); the potatoes are boiling; the kitchen is clean; I'm happy, but still having trouble forgiving myself for forgetting intenselaura's birthday. There. That's my update.

Birthday stuff was spread over Friday and Saturday, and was good. I've been with C since Thursday evening! Friday we had a really good dinner out with some of my family. On Saturday C made dinner for my family and took me out dancing. We've both been exhausted today, and I've been emotional tonight. That's the short version; I don't have the mental energy for more right now.
