serene | (no subject)

Stuff that was good about my weekend so far. Yes, it's only Saturday night/Sunday morning, but my weekend starts on Thursday night.

1)

someotherguy took some time off from work to go with me to see Sarah Vowell on Thursday night, along with

stonebender and

loracs. Very fun. Very nice to get some alone-time with my boys, both of whom I hadn't seen in days.

2) Friday, a nice walk to the Berkeley Bowl with

someotherguy, in which we spent a lot of time geeking about how perfect we are for each other.

3) The Friday Thing was outstanding.

dryadgrl and C and

kwamee showed up. I made addictive mushroom-onion-filo things, and some moderately good polenta.

dryadgrl brought some excellent trashy nachos, strawberries, and whipping cream. Much foody goodness.

4) The Friday Thing guests elected to stay the night. We decided to pull our mattress out into the living room so we could slumber-party with them. A run was made to the store for s'mores fixings, more nacho stuff, and more food for breakfast.

5) Saturday morning, while

someotherguy made breakfast for the second wave of wakers-up (I made breakfast for myself and

kwamee, as we are earlier risers), we determined that four appears to be the limit for snugglers on our king-sized mattress.

6) Much snuggling was had. Snuggling continued after I left for

stonebender's and C went to visit with

connor.

7) Went with

stonebender,

loracs, and

dbubley to see Hitchhiker. Dozed a bit (not much sleep), but liked the movie a fair bit.

8) And in exciting health news, about an hour and a half ago, I had an orgasm. And. It. Didn't. HURT!!! First time in two months. I just had to share.
