sereneBack from San Diego. Mom and the kids are doing really well, considering.
Starting Ikea today. I'm guessing they're going to start off by working me every weekend -- new kid in retail, after all. I look kind of cute in my little uniform. I need to start buying some nylons/tights that are only for work (not for sex) so it's easier to find an unripped pair. ;-) If you happen to be at Ikea today for the big summer sale, I'm scheduled to work in the Cooking & Eating department (the plates and kitchenware section) from 9 to 5:30.

Speaking of joys in life, I really have to try to fly at sunset more often. Being above the clouds during sunset last night was *breathtaking*.
