So my ex (not cute-poet-chick, the previous one) posted pics elsenet of zirself doing some household chores. Nothing salacious, nothing earth-shattering.

This is me pretending not to pine.





*sigh* Silly what will set off those waves of longing. So glad to see the pics. So glad zie's my friend. So glad zie's happy. Still miss zir sometimes. Sometimes badly.

Historically, not so much. The only ex I still have any contact with is this one. Cute-poet-chick and I tried to stay friends, and we're not enemies even now, but it was too painful seeing each other. Haven't heard from her in a year. The ex this post was about cut me off for about two years, and then let me know zie'd been looking in on my LJ and stuff on and off. I felt good knowing zie hadn't just forgotten about me. When we broke up, I missed my friend as much as (if not more than) I missed my love.
