loracs and stonebender are the BEST. They took us to Ikea in their ailing van so we could spend employee-discount-day bucks on trashy meatballs and the following:
pantry (Ours is white, and yes, I know it's technically a wardrobe, but it's perfect for what we wanted.)
five bookcases
four teacup/saucer sets
spiced cider for t-day
three DVD racks
magazine rack
bedsheets, towels, shower curtain, and plant saucers forsogwife
Swedish fishes!

the most bee-yoo-tee-full duvet-cover set ever
I think that's all, but it might not be. I think this may be the first time I've shopped with those two and outspent them. ;-) (I believe our total was around three times theirs. Oy.) And I thinkstonebender and I were neck-and-neck earlier today when we went bookshop-crawling, because my one book cost $20, a rare splurge for me.
Seriously, the most money I've spent in a very long time. On lots of stuff we've been putting off. It feels weird, but it feels good. We saved up for weeks, and I'm so glad we did. It will make things so much easier to have enough storage space in this place. Yay!
