Yeah, I'd say their comment email notifications have been messed up for months, but when I've complained about it they claim it must be all on my end. It's very hit or miss whether I receive a notification for any particular comment, so that page has been useful, including being able to scroll down to the bottom and check comments I've made to see if *they've* gotten replies.
