lower the price of hybrid cars over the next five years. And it plans to
phase out pure gas-powered vehicles entirely in some markets."

That's cool, and as soon as they offer seatbelt extenders, they'll go back on my list of companies I'll buy cars from.

Actually, because of their bad customer service and intractibility on the seatbelt issue, I doubt I'll ever buy from them no matter how their position changes. Mostly I'm excited about the potential environmental benefit from a major carmaker's taking a step like this.
