1. Do you have on a lot of make-up? None.
2. How much do you put on? A little bit, every year or two.
3. How long does it take you to get ready? This morning, because I didn't check email or make myself a lunch, I woke up at 7:00 and walked out the front door at 7:10.
4. Do you put on a lot of lipgloss? None.
5. Does your lipgloss smell good? N/A
6. Do you carry a purse? No. I have a couple of cloth shopping-bag-type things that I haul my stuff around in.
7. What color is it? There's a red one and a black one.
8. Do you have coach bag? No, that's a lot of money for a purse.
9. Do you have a Louis Vuttion? No, that's a lot of money for a purse.
10. How many purses do you have? That I use? None. I have one for fun, a hexagonal one with a spiderweb design on it, but I've never used it. Want it?
11. Do you like to wear nailpolish? On my toenails, always. Not on my fingernails.
12. How often do you get your nails done? Never. Not in years and years, anyway. 13. Do you like manicures? I like them all right, but I don't like having my cuticles pushed back.
14. What about pedicures? There's only one person in the world who's allowed to touch my feet, so no.
15. Do you have a usual nail salon you go to? See above.
16. Where do you get your hair cut? Haven't done that in years and years, either.
17. Do you dye your hair? No.
18. Do you straighten your hair? No.
19. Do you have lots of pairs of shoes? No, just a few pairs.
20. What are your favorite shoes? The Birkenstocks I wore to death. My current pair isn't as good; I'm gonna go get another pair like the last one.
21. Do you wear heels everywhere? No. Only in bed.
22. Can you walk in heels and not fall over? Mostly, but I don't bother trying. I like my back health and knee health, and I really love not injuring myself with clothing.
23. Where do you buy your clothes? The last clothing I bought was at Seams to Fit, a large-size consignment store. Well, someotherguy bought them, but I picked them out. Before that, it had been a while.
24. Do you go shopping every week? Yes, for groceries. I get new clothing when I happen to see it and like it while buying something else, I specifically shop for something new, clothingwise, about once every few years.
25. What's your favorite store? I like Torrid a lot.
26. How much do you usually spend? Depends on what I need.
27. Have you ever been in Dior? There are Dior stores?
28. Do you follow fashion trends? Nope.
29. Do you have a pair of huge sunglasses? Nope. I don't like wearing sunglasses. They give me a headache.
30. How many pairs of earrings do you have? A few, maybe five.
31. Do you wear hoop earrings? I rarely wear earrings at all.
32. Do you have a lot of skirts? I don't have a lot of clothes, period, but I wear skirts more than anything else. I probably have five or six of them.
33. Do you get your eyebrows done? No.
34. Can you apply mascara without opening your mouth? Yes, but I apply mascara about 5 times a decade.
35. Do you wear a lot of eyeliner? I don't wear it at all.
36. Do you do Pilates or yoga? No.
37. Do you have alot a lot of magazines? When I can afford it, I have Writer's Digest, The Writer, Veggie Life, Vegetarian Times, On Our Backs, Off Our Backs, and The Skeptical Enquirer. Oh, and all the local free papers..

i looooooove youuuuu.

(i generally refer to most of the heels i'd want to wear as being not designed for standing up in. and since the ones i like are expensive, and i do not currently have anyone who would appreciate them, i don't buy them or wear them at all right now.)

I am an anti-girlygirl (not in the sense of thinking nobody should be one, but in my own conduct), but it is indeed a very great pleasure to watch an expert at work.

I'm just glad that I find myself in a place where such knowledge is completely optional.

Oh, most definitely. 'course, I'm of a mind that having most things optional is the way to go. I wanna be able to be a person who doesn't shave her legs or wear makeup, but owns more velvet and lace clothing than any other kind. It makes me happy.

i wear mascara every day, and i think every other question up there is basically N/A. and yet i am definitely a femme so i think that there is another survey out there that would address different ways to be a femme than those above.
