I laughed, I cringed, I laughed some more. And even more than ever, I
want Penn Jillette's babies. Conveniently, [livejournal.com profile] someotherguy wants
to be Penn when he grows up, so we may be able to cut a deal.

Comedians I haven't seen in ages, being all fraternal and funny and
raunchy, and if you have a really sick sense of humor, you will love this
movie.

[livejournal.com profile] gridlore has promised me the DVD for the next present-giving event in our lives, so I have to wait just a little longer.

Penn gives excellent hug, btw. (And it's Jillette with a J.)

Oh, thank you! I knew that and still misspelled it. (Netflix has it, for what it's worth.)

I'm not surprised. ;-) I've been a Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad girl, though, and haven't watched my last DVD from them yet, even though I've had it since before Christmas. :-P

I'm dying for this one to show up in my local video rental store. Because I'm twisted that way.

Bob Saget (yes, that Bob Saget)
The Editorial board of The Onion
The joke done as a card trick
The joke done by a mime
The truly amazing job of editing; it could not have been easy to make a 90 minute movie about one joke without it becoming tedious.

I had heard Saget was a rauncy, sick fuck. He really is. :-)

I think saying "I want the babies of" of someone who actually has babies sounds a little creepy. Like you're going to break into his house and steal Moxy and the one on the way. Which I don't think he or EZ, his wife, would appreciate.

But yeah it's a great movie. Apparently they shot so much footage the DVD, the Movie and the CD are all different.

He also has a daily one hour radio show that you can listen to online at various "Free FM" sites. There's some kind of a podcast too but they seem to be only released once a week.

Oh, lighten up. It's hyperbole -- you've heard of that, right?

You lighten up!

It's funny!

Highlighted by the fact that he's a new father who talks about his baby and the one on the way incessantly as new parents might. Especially older new parents with radio shows.
