the weekend in review

Today: Am at work at the best temp job
ever. Have a cold, but am making sure not to touch or breathe on
anyone.

Tomorrow: Work half a day at the best temp job ever, then go pick up
Munchkin The Younger at the airport. Zie'll be here until Monday evening.

Saturday: Birthday party for the Munchkin at stonebender's place.

Sunday: Birthday trip to Berkeley for the Munchkin, stopping at the anime
store, Sushi Afloat, and Other Change of Hobbit.
Also perhaps Rasputin, if any
birthday money remains.

Monday: Play games with Munchkin. Do laundry with Munchkin. Let
Munchkin kick my ass at Ms. Pacman at the laundromat. Take Munchkin to
the airport and collapse in a heap.

Damn. Wish I could find that $5- off coupon for OCoH. It was technically F's, so I gave it to him. Odds are it's stuffed in some random pile or stuck behind a bookshelf.

They are his piles and his space, he can do what he wants. But I'm bummed, because I'll be down in the EB Sunday (most likely) and could have extended your budget a bit.

You are an awesome aunt. I hope my munchkin would like to spend birfday weekends in Berkeley when he gets bigger.

If you see this before you go to stonebender's, could I talk you into a curd-for-lemons swap? I'm in your neighborhood (my old one!) a lot more these days, so could swing by on Mon eve (or over a weekend) if that suits.
