An old friend of mine worked there. She was very mixed about it, in terms of interrelations within the staff, the differences between management and staff, and wages/salaries. But that was 10 years ago, things might have changed.

Yep! And really, I'm torn on the whole question of full-time employment. I'm really enjoying being a part-timer, and my fervent hope is to do well enough as a freelancer that I can eventually quit even my part-time job.
