You wanna feel like a total hippy? Buy three office chairs for ten bucks at the local thrift store (not ten bucks each, ten bucks total) and then push them the ten blocks home.

My hands feel like they've been to the gym, but hey, we've got matching office chairs.

I've actually done that! :) It was fun!

Well, they were more than $10, but still.

Even more fun was later moving my bed from my apartment to okoshun and my first place together by tipping the matress and box spring on their side, wedging each end of said items between the arms of the chairs, bungee cording the whole contraption together, and rolling it between the two places. :)
