Notes:

1) Sleep is good. Sleep while cuddling between your loves is even better.

2) House, MD: Eh. I like it fine and will finish the first disk of season 1, but probably not go further.

3) I finally got a slot for the community garden! Well, kind of. I got a waitlist place and the guy who runs the thing thinks a space is opening up soon, plus I will be helping with the communal space so I can get to know the people there. That's *almost* like having a slot. I've been waiting so LONG (I moved here after the deadline two years ago, and then last year the person in this guy's job was retiring and not returning emails and phone calls, and then this year I've been playing phone tag with the guy for two weeks, and the deadline just passed, but he's gonna let me in anyway. YAY!

4) [livejournal.com profile] someotherguy left a gift on my keyboard the other day, and I ate it today. Look! (Well, only one, and not that exact one, but doesn't it take you back?)

5) Gonna work a full week this week, which is rare. So funny to feel like 40 hours is a lot after months of 60-70.

I remember picking out only the yellow ones to eat. They tasted like bananas, I think. Well, not really like bananas, but the artificial banana taste that they labeled "banana". Anyway I used to like the flavor.

Oh, those were my favorite, too! Which is funny, because I don't like banana-flavored things in general, but I think it's because they were the least sour, and I don't like sour candy.

I'm on the end, but that works for me.

We kind of rotate. [livejournal.com profile] sogwife can't stand the heat of the middle, and has a slight preference for the outside edge (one edge is against the wall). [livejournal.com profile] someotherguy likes the middle, but if I sleep on the inside edge, I wake up sore. So I perceive the other end as the "good" end, and don't want to take it from [livejournal.com profile] sogwife all the time. What I end up doing is going back and forth between the two spaces I don't mind, and the others work around me. (Or if I go to bed and [livejournal.com profile] sogwife is already sleeping, she makes my mind up for me. :-)

Wow, I never really realized how logistically complicated it all was. :-)

The one episode of House I always recommend is called "Three Stories". If you can bring yourself to watch it :).
