Contract gig for the weekend, yay. Small, but a cushion for the upcoming jobbish uncertainty. Gonna go home in half an hour, eat seitan and veggies and rice, and go do laundry with someotherguy in Berkeley. I'm ready for this week to be over, but one more day stands in my way (Cal is closed on Friday).

what brand of seitan do you use, and where do you get it?

I like White Wave, but mostly I make my own. The stuff in the fridge I made the other day, but it's a little softer than I like. White Wave is available at most hippyfood stores, and it's nice and firm, but of course making your own is a lot cheaper.
