(sogwife walked in as I started the prep, so she took pictures -- that's why I'm in some of them. I'm amused by how hard I'm concentrating in the first picture.)

The gang liked it. someotherguy said it tasted like a cross between pizza and calzone to him. sogwife said she thought it would be good with pesto and artichokes. I thought it tasted like this thing my sister used to make, called stromboli.

Anyway, it was very fun to see something on Usenet, and decide Hey, I'm gonna make that.
