I spent most of my workday reading the Vegan Lunchbox. I don't even have kids, but this thing really inspires me.

True confessions:

I have frequently thought about going ovo-lacto vegetarian (That's the one that eats eggs and cheese, right?), but I don't like most fruits and vegetables, so I'm not sure what that would leave me eating.

Yep, that's the one. Not sure what I would do if I didn't like fruit and veggies -- probably eat even more beans and grains than I do now.
