Not sure there's a usual. Let's see: Pre-first, pre-first, never, first, dozenth or so, never, fourth, third, second, never

2. Have you ever fooled around with another person of your own gender?
Well, duh!

3. Should you ever give a relationship a second chance?
I have done. Sometimes it seems like a good idea.

4. Have you ever fooled around with a co-worker?
Not unless you count someone I worked with after we'd been partners a while.

5. Who ended your last relationship?
She did.

6. Would you ever have a relationship with someone 10 or more years older than you?
I don't see any reason not to.

7. How long could you abstain from sex or masturbation?
I did it voluntarily for four years. I could've gone longer.

8. What's your opinion of PDA?
I think they're sweet and cute, but I try to tone them down if there's someone around who might feel uncomfortable around them.

9. What's the first thing you check out on someone you're attracted to?
I'm not sure. If we're talking visual stuff, I'm not very visual as a rule. And then I would say "how they think", but I'm not attracted to anyone, as a rule, before I know how they think.

10. How did you meet your partner?
I met stonebender on alt.polyamory. I met someotherguy after he found me in an LJ search. The next day, we went to a local atheists' meeting. The following Saturday, he introduced me to sogwife (they're married). (And I know it says "partner", but I met intenselaura on soc.singles.moderated and alt.polyamory, and I don't want to leave her out, even though we wouldn't call each other partners.)

11. What first attracts you to someone?
firecat's answer works as well as any. "Any of: intelligence, curiosity, sense of wonder, interest in me, beard/body hair, plumpness/fatness, sense of humor, competence, common sense, quirkiness, and many other things"

12. What is your ideal seduction date?
I have no idea. I don't much do ideal or seduction.

14. What's your favorite thing about your partner?
I decided that I will list just three things (not even close to all-inclusive, and probably not at the top of the list were I to have an inclusive list) about all four of the abovementioned sweeties:

• stonebender: His politics, his passion, and his deep desire to make the world better (and now I have to decide which thing to eliminate in order to mention his massive dick).
• someotherguy: His massive... brain, his politics, his gentleness.
• sogwife: Her generosity, her smile, her gentle nature.
• intenselaura: Her wit, her willingess to examine her feelings, her easygoing manner.
