Oh, and if you want, you can see pictures of the eggplant-and-fresh-mozzarella dinner that [livejournal.com profile] someotherguy and I had tonight. There was enough to make a parmagiana-style casserole out of what was left, and we'll have it tomorrow night. Dinner's at 7, if you wanna stop by. :-)
