sereneJust a couple of the bazillion reasons I love my neighborhood:
1) The nice homeless guy who told us to "Get a room!" and then laughed with us as we said "We have one -- it's just a mile away right now!"
2) Free foosball table! It's actually several game tables in one, but it's really cool. Next party, I am so gonna get my ass kicked at tabletop bowling.
