The little felted cat-like creatures are pretty nifty ...

Someone just posted a great tutorial in knitting for figuring out how to create one's own knitted toys. I'm not so much with the stuffed animals, but the principles - and the math - could come in handy if I finally get off my duff and start playing with the tide pool creatures I want to knit.

Last year I was given a knitted dragon with a Hello Kitty doll in its claws. I love it and of course I see it as eating the kitty. How ever my sweet niece argues that no he is hugging it. I guess it is all in your perception *smirk*
