Jul. 2nd, 2006 11:01 amRecovering. You know that feeling like you *were* sick, but you're not any more? That thing.
Still gonna take this opportunity to rest for the next few days. Finished Caucasia, and now I'm starting on The Gate to Women's Country. Haven't decided yet if I like it or will complete it. I've been doing this decluttering thing, and if I'm not engaged by the third or fourth chapter, out it goes. I'm on chapter one, and so far, not much engagement, but we'll see.
Oh, and food tastes much yummier today. Bonus. :-)

Date: 2006-07-02 06:23 pm (UTC)I'm curious about your reading. Sometimes I find a book will be engaging in the early chapters, then the the middle part, I'll find really blah-what do you do in those cases?

Date: 2006-07-02 07:23 pm (UTC)I've been down since Thursday night, and while I keep getting better each day, it still has hold of me. GI distress from both ends, right?
I'm glad you're feeling better. you're onto something getting your recreational reading done. I've been drifting back and forth from TV to computer, with detours to bed. I think I'll try reading today.......
