sereneLovely days, that is. It's just been an excellent week.
Yesterday, we walked home from Berkeley again. Lovely dinner -- veggie pizza and a really good salad of romaine, pears, pecans, goat cheese, and a lemon dressing. Yum. Stopped at the farmer's market and got five different kinds of eggplant (one apiece) for $1.90, and a bunch of beets. Went home and checked on my plants, which are thriving. Ate yummy eggplant (with onions and garlic in olive oil). Watched a really tremendously bad (in a good way) movie called "Creature from the Haunted Sea".
Delicious badness. I was astounded.

someotherguy was sweet enough to bring me to work today because I had forgotten to acquire bus cash in our travels yesterday.
Little stuff, but it makes me happy.
