Fortunatly I used to work at a diverse workplace that made many of these accomedations and my muslim co-worker was very willing to discuss the rites and rituals he followed.

However, I tease him a bit.

"Morning Mustafa"
"What's good about it?"
"Third day of Ramadan, and you're in caffene withdrawl?"
"YES!"
