I am saved by the fact that I'm at home and the browser I use at home won't play these embedded videos (it's fine playing them from You Tube, but fewer and fewer people seem to be posting actual links); And at work I don't play anything not work-related that requires sound.
Sometimes I feel deprived by these self-chosen limitations, but right now I feel relieved.
