NYT didn't have a long enough first rise, but it's doing a second rise while the onion bread kneads in the bread machine. Both will bake at the last minute before we go to sogwife's family's. I'll make toffee after I take a flamethrower sponge and scrubber to the mess in the kitchen. Feeling perkier. Listening to "Shaming of the Sun" helps. I totally recommend it as housecleaning music.
