Hey,
custardfairy and other cheeseheads, where's the best place online for me to buy rennet? I am going to be making some cheese in the upcoming weeks (because it sounds like fun, and because I like making things from scratch, and even more when I'm making the scratch from scratch). I'll look at my local really good grocery/health-food store, but in case I strike out, where should I check next?
(I bought whole milk to make ricotta from -- that doesn't require rennet -- but I'd really like to make cottage cheese and mozzarella, among other things.)
