dryadgrl, for missing out on the meeting today), but there's good stuff going on:
1) A dear old friend from my evangelical-christian past has found me. He was one of the most sincere, godliest men I knew, and he was a ton of fun, as well. He and I have both left the church since then, and LOTS has happened, and I'm so thrilled to have heard from him.
2) I took the day off today from work. I worked hard through my sickest days, and I need a down day now. I feel a smidge of guilt, but I shouldn't. It's supposed to be a part-time job anyway.
3)sogwife and someotherguy brought me leftover Ethiopian food from their VDay dinner last night, and damned if it wasn't really tasty chopped up and fried like hash this morning. Mmmmmmmm.
