[For many years, I mistranslated this in my head. I thought "heridas" meant "heritages", which would be "herencias" or some such. So what it means is this, but where you read "wounds", substitute "heritages", and I think it's beautiful either way.]
I come with three wounds: The one of[from] love, the one of death, the one of life.
With three wounds he[she/it] comes: The one of life, the one of love, the one of death.
